All contracts of sale made by Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the goods ordered. Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) reserves the right to refuse an order placed.
The customer undertakes that:
all details provided for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered are correct, and that the credit or debit card used to make a purchase is his/her own card or his/her company's card, that he/she is authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services ordered. The seller reserves the right to obtain validation of credit or debit card details before providing any goods or services. In the event where doubts remain as to the validity of the information provided, Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) reserves the right to request identification from the buyer such as a valid Driver's Licence, Passport or National Identity Card. Failure to comply with this request may result in the cancellation of the order.
LuzernTech/Luzern Tech/Luzern Solutions accepts payment made via Paypal, Google Checkout and via a range of Credit & Debit cards ( subject to change and dependant on currency of purchase ). All sales are VAT inclusive, calculated at the applicable rate and in compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. For your convenience, a VAT invoice will be enclosed with your order. Please ensure that the information supplied at checkout is correct as VAT invoices cannot be modified once issued.
Shipping and Insurance
Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) are only able to deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping Calculator. Shipping Costs can be calculated by clicking on the Shipping Calculator. Unfortunately, it may not be possible to combine certain products due to weight, size, or value. Orders cannot be changed or modified once checkout has been completed. We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated in relation to a particular product and an automatic notification will be sent when an order is dispatched. Please contact customer.care@LuzernSolutions.com if you have not received a Dispatch Notification within this timeframe.
Please supply an address where delivery can be accepted between 9 am and 5 pm Monday-Friday. Delivery information will be supplied at time of dispatch. For deliveries made via DHL, please follow the progress of your shipment and contact DHL, using the contact information contained within the Dispatch Notification email if any problems arise. The customer will be liable for any additional costs incurred for any items returned to Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) due to non delivery. Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in respect of unclaimed items. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery, (POD), to acknowledge safe receipt. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, this should be noted on the POD. Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage evident on delivery where the Customer accepts delivery and signs the Proof of Delivery without amendment. Customer must inform Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) in writing of shortages or damage within 24 hours of receipt.
Our primary method of communication is via email. We endeavour to respond to emails as effectively and efficiently as possible during normal working hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm). You will receive an automated email upon receipt of a satisfactory payment and also at the time of dispatching your order. Please ensure that you have supplied us with a valid email address and check your emails frequently until satisfactory completion of your order. Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) are unable to offer direct product advice or to advise on compatibility of any individual product with others.
This product is warranted to the customer as free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use for a period of one year from the original purchase date and is covered directly by the Manufacturer's warranty.
This refurbished product is warranted to the customer as free from defects in workmanship and materials, (except where an item is advertised and sold as a blemished item) under normal use for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date. Where a refurbished item is advertised and sold as blemished, the stated blemish shall not constitute a warranty claim against the seller.
The warranty excludes (1) physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches to screens or outside casing (2) damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation or testing, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the product, or any other causes beyond the range of intended use (3) damage caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazards, or acts of God; or (4) use of the product with any third party device or service if such device or service causes the problem.
If a defect does occur during the period of the warranty, you should immediately notify the parties listed below. At the sellers option, the product will be repaired or replaced. If this cannot reasonably be done, the seller reserves the right to refund the purchase price paid for the product. Replacement products will be of the same refurbished grade as the defective item. The replacement unit is warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment, or through the end of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) undertakes to address all complaints as expeditiously as possible and will continue to communicate with the customer until the issue has been resolved.
You are entitled to return the product for a refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order. You will be refunded the price of the product and VAT, provided that the item is received intact and in a re-saleable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please follow the Returns Procedure outlined below.
Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on occasion, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer the returns facilities described below. All items to be returned must be within the specified warranty period. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay the full costs associated with the return of the product to Luzern Solutions. Items should be returned by traceable methods of shipping and adequate insurance cover should be taken out by the customer. We regret we are unable to ship advance replacements. Luzern Solutions does not offer a walk in replacement service.
If a suitable replacement is not available, Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the product, along with the original freight cost. Insurance costs are non-refundable.
If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email customer.care@LuzernSolutions.com in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation number, (RMA). Please clearly write the RMA number on the outer packaging of any items being returned. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns not displaying a relevant RMA number or an expired RMA number.
Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd) cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to Luzern Tech (Luzern Solutions Ltd).
